The front elevation is decidedly modern with more than a hint of art deco, we’ve been referring to it affectionately as neo-deco.  An inverse splay theme is used in the form and glazing as well as other key areas of the home.  The repetition and form are both informal, whimsical and bear testament of the very nature of the house.

The rear elevation features Nana Wall systems to open completely to the outdoors as well as fixed glass clerestory windows.  A flat roof is standard fare on a modern home, but typically none this beautiful.  The rooftop deck features a pool, deck and glass railing system to better observe the views.
