The firm of Affiniti Architects, which was founded over 25 years ago, prides itself on providing state of the art design for production and semi-custom residential projects.  To date, we have completed in excess of 12,000 units for Builder/Developer clients which have yielded more than 350 design awards as featured in world-wide publications.  Our design expertise ranges from individual residences, through to 2,000 unit communities, consisting of entry features, gatehouses, sales centers, model prototype units, and other amenities.  These services are carefully managed by four Partners each with a team of dedicated professionals within our offices in Boca Raton, Tampa, and the Bahamas.
