Affiniti Architects’ 25 years experience working within communities allows for an inside-out architectural approach to planning.  Our knowledge of plan and product types allows for additional flexability and creativity.  Teaming up with a separate land planner as another option, we utilize giving the client a combined effort allowing architectural input up front.

Resort design has become a natural progression from our work in numerous golf, waterfront, and other amenitized residential communities.  Resorts have become increasingly residential, and residential have become increasingly resort-like.  Lot and unit sale programs in resorts need the attention of an experienced amenitized community architect familiar with current successful model residence architecture and planning.  The hotel portion increasingly is becoming less institutional and more residential like, which Affiniti Architects brings such experience to the team.
