Renovation is simply making new what once was old. Taking advantage of physical or financial constraints in renovations can create results that surpass the original. Our experience with existing structures, including historic ones spans twenty-six years and hundreds of projects.

Commercial work includes office buildings, tenant improvements, institutional facilities, mixed-use, and international projects.

Tropic Isles Estate

This two-story estate in Tropic Isles was completely renovated from the original walls and footprint of a one-story home. New additions included five bedrooms and bathrooms and study loft. The Master Suite was situated to maximize views of sunrise and sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. As an added bonus, the Master Balcony has a spiral stair leading up to a private roof deck with views of the ocean. Exterior landscaping and pool design was done by Krent Wieland Design.
