Classic Lost Tree Cottage

This one-story Lost Tree Cottage of 4,000 square feet was designed with low ceilings in the early 1970's. Thirty-years later, a renovation raised the ceiling heights, adding spaciousness to the formal living room and informal family room. The residence expanded to a new total of 7,000 square feet.
