Ongoing and previous work in the Bahamas, Turk & Caicos, Aruba, Costa Rica, Panama, and Antigua has comprised of hundreds of successful projects. Our relationships and contacts with professionals throughout the region gives us the ability to be truly local, while providing expertise stateside. Knowledge of architectural styles and building techniques allows for a seamless transition to areas where water, electricity, and materials are scarce by integrating our net-zero and sustainable design practices.
Will of the Wind
Planning and design for a “cultural” resort allowing guests to interact with local chefs, fisherman, musicians, etc. Partnered with the resort is a Bahamian hospitality university complete with dorms, classrooms, and private areas, with the goal of expanding the knowledge of lost Bahamian customs. The guest units are tucked into the hillside with a central “great house” for gathering, etc. All cars are kept off site.
