Net Zero
Affiniti Architects has been commissioned to plan a community of 250 residences that will have a net energy consumption of zero in Lake Worth. Each residence will be part of an overall community power generation component in addition to utilizing one third of the amount of water of the average home.
Age in Place
Affiniti Architects has been commissioned to plan a lifestyle community of 311 luxury single-family homes, villas and townhomes for a site within Abacoa in Jupiter. The community will include universally designed architectural elements for aging-in-place, such as accommodations for live-in staff within the residences.
Eco-Lodge
Affiniti Architects has completed concepts for an eighty room, 26,000 square-foot eco-lodge on fifteen acres within the Big Cypress Everglades Area. The buildings are grouped to form a village of special architectural structures featuring reception, restaurant, spa, and meeting areas.
