The firm has completed private residences for numerous celebrities, athletes, and CEOs in North America and the Caribbean.
Community work is in excess of 12,000 units, entry features, gatehouses, sales centers, model homes, and other amenities for various builder/developers.
Caribbean projects span from the Bahamas, Turk & Caicos, Aruba, Costa Rica, Panama, and Antigua. By integrating net-zero and sustainable design practices, our "off-the-grid" projects are able to thrive in these areas where water, electricity and materials are scarce.
Resort design has become a natural progression from our work in numerous golf, waterfront, and other amenitized residential communities. Resorts have become increasingly residential, and residential have become increasingly resort-like.
As a member of the United States Green Building Council, we has been a front-runner in sustainable housing. We achieved the first Platinum LEED-rated residence and the first LEED-certified for sale community in Florida, and are dedicated to continuous research and integration of wind, solar, passive, and active systems in our designs.
Our senior housing designs incorporate upscale architectural detail and lifestyle into designs along with various concepts including age-in-place, universal design, and community health.
Renovation experience includes historic properties and hundreds of projects. Commercial work includes office buildings, tenant improvements, institutional facilities, mixed-use, and international projects.
